Food Industry presented Bresc and snack concept at the Fi Europe trade fair

The Fi Europe trade fair took place in Frankfurt from 19 to 21 November 2024 - an event that no company in the food industry could afford to miss. For us, it was a great opportunity to experience the food industry up close and to find out about new products. At stand 4.1H2, we presented our new snack concept Smokewood Heritage and our chilled ingredients brand Bresc. It was an exciting exchange that we really enjoyed.

Smokewood Heritage snack concept

Our latest snack concept "Smokewood Heritage" takes the popular smoked flavour to a new level. Inspired by traditional wood species such as Applewood, Mesquitewood and Hickorywood, each Snack Seasoning offers a unique flavour experience. From Applewood Smoked Cheese to Beechwood Flame-Grilled Salmon - each snack mix delights with authentic flavours. We not only fulfil the desire for intense smoked flavour, but also the requirements of the upcoming EU regulations. With the "Wood Heritage Smoke" labelling, you can focus on quality and tradition while positioning your snacks in a modern and compliant way.
